ELDERS FELLOWSHIP

‘They will still bear fruit in old age, they will stay fresh and green’ – Psalm 92: 15

Senior Citizens are the heart of our church. They have set a Godly example for the younger generation and continue to do so every day. We love them and want them to know how much we value their leadership, wisdom and guidance.

With the help of our Lord Jesus Christ and with the experience God has provided to them, our Elders guide and channelize the young leaders of our Church.

Even though, their hairs are white as snow, they actively take part in all Church activities with enthusiasm for the Glory of God.
Once in a month, our Elders Fellowship lead worship before the morning service (Thuthi Aarathanai) and even song (Maalai Aarathanai)

Every year in the month of October, Senior Citizen’s Sunday is celebrated. This is a day to honor the senior citizens of our church. After the morning worship service, half a day retreat is organized to address special issues faced by senior citizens of our church. The retreat is followed by a special lunch.
