TEENS FELLOWSHIP

We are very much thankful to our Lord Jesus Christ for the TEEN’S FELLOWSHIP which has been given to us.

TEENS ARE TURNS:

For Teens, life is not a playground, it’s a jungle. The life of a teenager is full of changes and challenges both physically, emotionally and also by life changing decisions.

Many great Pastors, Missionaries and Church Leaders experienced their turning point of life during the Teenage. Also we must remember that Teenage is the time when many people start ruining their life.

Dear friends, TEENS are like an egg. If we hold them tightly they are sure to get broken up; if we hold them loosely, they will fall down and get broken.

OUR VISION:

“Don’t let anyone look down on you, because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity” – 1 Timothy 4:12.

Keeping the above Bible verse as our vision,
We are nurturing our Teens to grow in the Lord;
We are nourishing our Teens to know God
We are guiding our Teens to stand as witness for Christ
We are upholding our Teens in prayers to blossom for Christ.

OUR MISSION:

• Every Sunday we spend an hour as a Fellowship after the Service.
• Equipping ourselves with God’s Word through Bible tests, Memory verse tests, Bible quiz etc.
• We celebrate Teen’s Sunday Service.
• Engaging ourselves as a small group like Salt and Light in Church activities.
• God enables us to involve in Gospel Outreach at Amman Nagar and Karunilam villages.
• Personal Evangelism and sharing our Testimony in the places God has kept us in.

VALUES:

We see in Holy Bible that Tinah and Judah lost their life because of loss of Fellowship, whereas Esther and Ruth gained honour in their life because of gathering as a Fellowship.

Teens can be likened to tender coconuts as well as virgin soil. It is easy to lead them to Christ during teenage years, but winning the Youth for Christ is a great challenge.
